Hui works the body in cream acrylic yarn with blue stripes through solid and openwork rows, then finishes the base flat enough to stand on its own once packed. A braided cord carries a crocheted navy flower with a white centre and a navy and cream smiley charm, tied onto the handle, with a faux-leather “Hand made” label stitched near the top.

Can I remove the charm?

Yes. The flower is about 9 cm across and the smiley charm about 4.5 cm. Both tie onto the handle on a braided cord and come off any time.

How do I wash it?

Hand wash in cool or warm water below 40°C, lay flat to dry and dry the magnetic snap well afterward.
